The Woman Who Whispers to the Wolves

They say there is a woman in the woods

who whispers to the wolves in the night.

She asks them to guard her dreams

In exchange for a pale moonlight

The wolves carry her secrets in their howls.

They weave her dreams with a silver thread.

They sprinkle the sky with a thousand stars

Until all her dark ghosts have fled.
